1 tsp. Thai red chili paste
1 bunch of cilantro
1/2 medium red onion
1/2 can coconut milk
The juice of one lime
salt % pepper
Put this all in a blender and marinate shrimp for no more than one hour. Grill the shrimp.
5 cloves of garlic
1 bunch of parsley
The juice of one lemon
Olive Oil
salt & pepper
Put this in the blender with the olive oil until it's the consistency of salad dressing. Serve over grilled clams.
3 cans of whole tomatoes
1 box of chicken stock
1 c. of rice
2 cloves of garlic
1 sprig of thyme
1 bay leaf
Every seafood you like
Put everything in the pot to boil exept for the seafood. Once the rice is done, it will be soupy. Then add your seafood in the order it needs to cook

Heres a quick and great recipe...I make this all of the time and my family love it.
pesto crusted salmon
PESTO
a bunch of fresh bay leaves
5 cloves of garlic
1/4 cup of olive oil
1/4 cup of pine nuts
salt and pepper for taste
2 salmon steaks
directions..in a food processor combine all of the ingredients, adding more olive oil if you have to. grind everything in food processor until you cant see any chunks, than salt and pepper the salmon steaks and spoon on the pesto on top of the salmon steaks and bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes.

TUNA CASSEROLE
Ingrediants:
- 1 can of tuna (drained)
- 1/3 cup milk
- 1 cup of frozen mixed vegetables
- 1 can of cream soup (you can pick your favorite like cream of mushroom, cream of chicken, or cream of broccoli)
- pepper
- crackers or chips
1) Preheat the oven to 375
2) In a small casserole dish combine the tuna, soup, pepper, milk and veggies. Use a fork and mix it all together. Then even it out in the casserole dish.
3) Take the crackers or potato chips and crumble it over top of the tuna mixture.
4) Bake it in the oven for 25 minutes. It should be hot through out and bubbling a little around the edges when it's done.
5) Serve over minute rice.

Make fish tacos:
Ingredients:
Boneless fish fillets, like flounder or tilapia
2T. Butter
Soft taco shell
Taco Sauce
Chili Powder
Shredded lettuce
Shredded cheddar cheese
Tomatoes, chopped
Melt butter in a pan and add fish, sprinkle on chili powder and taco sauce, bake at 350 degrees until fish is cooked.
Add fish and other ingredients in the soft taco shell and enjoy.
