Actually If you are in the Car you wont be able to see the light as such sisnce there isnt any time for it to fall in front of you.
If you are an observer and looking towards the car but moving backwards at the same speed then still you will not be able to see the light.
its only if you are on an head-on collision that just before the moment of impact shall you see the light.(but by then i guess you'l be seeing other lights as well as in the one at the end of the tunnel).
But coming back to the point if you are indeed in the car , then no you will not see it.

First you have to take in consideration you are not able to travel at the speed of light because you would have infinite mass and you would require and infinite amount of energy which just isn't possible so let say you were traveling at 99.9% the speed of light, you would see the lights go out in front of you like normal because time is relative.

Yes,Since you are travelling with a speed of light you can see light emitted from the head light, but you cant see objects before you.

The speed of light is relative to you. So, although you cannot travel at the speed of light, even if you got close to it, you would still see light travel at the same speed. Strange but true.

What you're describing is just one of the reasons no material object can travel at the speed of light. But just for sh*ts and grins --- if you were moving at the speed of light and turned on your headlights you wouldn't see the beam of light going ahead of you since you'd be going at the same speed.

If you could travel at the speed of light, time would stop for you and distance in the direction you were traveling would shrink to zero. So you could never travel at the speed of light. But if you could do that, what you would see is the light from your headlights moving away from you at the speed of light. You might then think that a person standing behind you would see that light moving away from him at twice the speed of light, but he wouldn't, because time and space are not distorted for him. He sees that light moving away from him at the speed of light, not twice the speed of light, and it is just keeping pace with you. He thinks you should see the light of your headlights kind of just hanging around just in from of you and not moving away, while you think he should see it moving away from you at the speed of light and from him at twice the speed of light. The two of you see the same things differently. And neither of you ever sees anything move at a speed greater than the speed of light and both of you always see light itself moving at exactly the speed of light.
It makes your head explode to try and take this all in, but that is really what relativity says.

yes you can, take this example, if you are travelling in a train,50kmph, and another train is travels in a parallel track with the same speed of yours, there is no relative motion between both the trains, in that condition you can c a compartment parallel to as stable not moving. so the same can be applied here
