You forgot to consider that:

1. Most exiled Palestinians voluntarily left during the 69 war after Israel won the war, and won land.
2. Israel had the option of exiling the rest of the arabs from Israel and the occupied territories but did not do so
3. Israel has the option of dismantling every mosque and razing the temple mount but chooses not to do so.
4. Israel chooses to live in peace while the arabs are attacking Israel in their own country. No retaliation was ever unprovoked.
5. Palestinians choose to feel as though they are victims because the leadership is corrupt and brainwashes them at an early age.
6. The Palestinians were given rights by Israel that they don't deserve, if they hate the country so much- why don't they leave...Israel even hires them at companies and lets them teach in schools...

Yes and No.
Turn towards the real enemy yes. Divide and conquer seems to be working really well right about now... But they need to find ways to make themselves economically strong so that the Israeli question will slide back in importance and they can fight against the oppression from an economic rather than a "Tit for tat , you hurt me I will hurt you" ,standpoint.
Do I have the answer to how to do it? Oh God I wish I did!
Nearly 58 years is too long for any people to wait for their rights to come back to them.

It is for them to unite and find a peaceful way to get along with Israel.
Israel is not going to go away, they have fought too long for their homeland and are not going to be driven out by a bunch of tea towel wearing radicals.

It is only by sitting down with cool heads that a settlement will be arranged with compromises by both sides.
