You can always buy whole (stick) cinnamon and grind it yourself. Use a mortar and pestle, spice mill, or coffee grinder.

You can easily find them in supermarkets where they display all the baking ingredients stuff.

i'm sure you can get it in NTUC. i've been baking apple crumbles for years, and with NTUC being a 5 minute walk from my place, that's where i get all my supplies.
