You can't cast a spell on someone else... you can only work magic on yourself. Boost your own confidence, your own ego, make yourself more comfortable with approaching someone.
If you do that by believing you cast a spell on someone, that's your own method of doing things. I prefer to acknowledge that I only have power over myself, and focus my energies on making myself who I wish to be.

I need to warn you that spells are not the answer, you cannot force the heart. Spells can be spiritual as well as physical. Do not try to toy with the nature of love. Just be yourself...it that is not good enough to win over your love interest, you are better off. If you need to cast on someone to win their favor, it was never meant to work anyway.
Any "energy" you put out will come back to you three full...be wary of the power of three.

if you do a love spell it can't be on any certain person. If you do then it is trying to control someone else and that leads to bad karma. If the person you like is not into you then it is not meant to be. And by bad karma i mean that it comes in threes and it could also backfire and this person could end up hating you instead.

If someone doesn't love you out of free choice,then it isn't really love and you would not want them. They'd only love you when the spell was strong, but then they'd back off again and you'd be in torment forever. Find someone who doesn't need a spell.

No and even if it did work that person wouldnt really be in love with you it wuld be they are undera spell and forced to think hey love you. It would be a shallow way to get what you want.

Yes, you have to get a hold of that person underwear one that has just been worn and bury it in your backyard or and this is nasty but you can wait till you have your cycle and put it in his food and make sure he eats it. Be warned that if you do this they can go insane and never leave you. AND what goes around comes back to you ten times fold you must be ready to accept the consequences

If you really want to get deeply involved into white witchcraft, then, it can work.
On a darker note, Ouija can be used to conjure spirits. You can ask a willing spirit to help out. But this method may be dangerous.
