Good luck finding one. Midi to Wav is easy and common. It just plays the midi file and records it as a wav. But Wav to Midi is not. Think of wav as a "tape recording" of a song, and midi as the sheet music. There are no programs that can listen to a tape recording and make a sheet music based on it. Technology is not the point where it con separate all the voices, instruments, drums, etc. and then write them out note for note. There are a couple programs that can take a note instrument and turn it into midi. But not a whole song.

I concur with Dewcoons on this one. There's no software that will convert a complete wav or mp3 song to a midi file. There is indeed software that will convert single instruments, even vocals, but nothing that will do multiple instruments.

You're left with replaying the song yourself.
