find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have lean meat (protein) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weight training
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)

Face the fact, there is no way to lose weight fast and keep it off. It took you a long time to get fat. To reduce and stay in good health is a change in life style. After years of trying I have found that T.O.P.S. (Take Off Pounds Sensibly) is an affordable and supportable way to go. Any worthwhile goal requires an effort but is well worth it. Good Luck.

Or, you have to change. Change your lifestyle. Change your eatimg habits and times. And find. Find your motivation. Once you reach your goals, work twice as hard 2 days a week and keep an eye over your shoulder.

Dont eat breakfast for a few months.. You can get your body to convert your fatty tissue into energy, by doing this and not eating a lot when you do.. It will take time.. Remain in this habit for as long as you can, coz once the weight is gone, it's gone forever..

It's actually a 2 fold way to lose weight. There are 2 things you need to do. And if you don't do both, it won't work. ready?

1) eat less.
2) move around more.

That's it. It's that simple. Eat less, and move around more. How you do both of them is up to you.
