Jack Daniels on the rocks. If you are looking for a mixed drink made to proportion Long Islands have one of the highest concentrations of alcohol.
In response to the argument above:
Moonshine is not 220 proof. Proof is a measure of the Ethanol content of Alcohol and is calculated as two times (2x) the actual Ethanol concentration by volume. By definition you cannot have anything over 200 proof.

I agree w/ the Long Island, also Hurricaines. Another thing that will get you bent w/o you even realizing it are jello shots! If made well, you won't really taste the liquor (I use the cheap, bottom shelf rum [Rico Bay]) and the next thing you know, you're feeling grrrreat!

A boiler maker A glass of beer and then drop a shot of whiskey in it do about 5 of those will get you drunk really fast.

double vodka (or more!) , lime(or blackcurrant) and lemonade
or - heres my trick - half fill a glass with vodka, fill a quarter with a strong thick blackcurrant cordial, the rest with a small amount of water.
two of these will get you very drunk, not sure why, but it means you can drink them slowly.

Blueberry Stohli (sp?) and pineapple juice. It's a chick drink, but it packs a good, fast buzz.
