If you have access to a Jacuzzi that would help you get a great deal of relief from pain. If it's possible for you to get into the bathtub take a hot bath every evening with 2c. of dissolved Epsom salts to help reduce the pain.

If you drink any liquids from a can, stop, and only use bottles. The aluminum leeches out of the can and intensifies the rheumatoid arthritis. I recommend you drink purified water mixed with mineral water. 50/50. This will really help you get the minerals you need. I also recommend 500mg of calcium and magnesium twice daily , this does have an effect on the pain after about three weeks.

I've enclosed a link where you can read about natural treatments for arthritis.

Imagine for a moment your arthritis completely vanishing right now.

If, in a moment, your pain and stiffness melted away. And your joints all of a sudden functioned like a well-oiled machine.

Like a magic wand was waived, you'd be able to jump up from your chair and run around the room like a kid.

And imagine that you'd never have to suffer as much as a pinch of arthritis stiffness or pain ever again.

I know this sounds impossible right now, but bear with me, because sometimes miracles happen.

It was a gift from a woman on the other side of the world. From the kindness of her heart, she took pity on my suffering and taught me how to completely reverse my arthritis.

Today, I want to do the same for you!

I do not know the extent of your suffering ,and each individual has a different level of tolerance, but on the basis you are mobile to some degree ,I can advise on stairs. Coming down is worse than going up I am sure you will agree ,so when coming down WITH GREAT CARE hold onto the banister rail with your body facing it and move your feet down by "walking sideways " Arise from a seated position by ,leaning forwards push down by placing your hands behind you on the seat,as close to your body as you can ,ease yourself up allow your knees to give a little if you can.when clear of the seat ,and with control of your balance ,gently push your back upwards, then finally straighten your legs this is easier if you have a steadying device ,best wishes

Meditation and diet have helped me deal with arthritis since I was 13. Reducing stress, and yes, moving your body also help. Proper rest is also important.

I'm not a sufferer but I've heard that glucosamine helps with joint pain, its available in supermarkets off the shelf.

Not sure it will help as I have no idea as to the severity of your condition however. When I was younger my friends mum used to smoke weed to ease the discomfort, however its not available from your supermarket! :P
