I've seen this before. You guys who rail on the Bible should do a little reseach, especially in Acts 9. You might be able to shake up a person who is weak in faith, but for those of us who have learne a thing or two, you are wrong to the point of being demonic. Strong words but I mean it well.

The word for 'stood' was an option by the translators. I forget the word but it could have been any action that they made in reaction to the event described, that is from the Greek. Just so you know that I didn't nake it up, that word has been there for these many centuries, before either of us were born.

So the problem you people who don't believe have, but just can't leave it alone ( just who is giving you your marching orders?) , is that you keep thinking that the Bible was written in English, and you depend on unscholarly advice as to what the Bible says.

I would encourage you to look things up better. That way you will at least have intelligent questions to ask, instead of these lack of wit questions that look only on the surface, and have no basis in fact. You are not being logical, nor are you saying anything true about the Bible. Do you care that you are being ignorant? That remains to be seen. Intellectual suicide is often the result of those who are ignorant to the fact that the Bible wasn't written in English, and yet try to complain about it.

Paul was not a Rabbi, he was not even an apostle. He was rejected by the true apostles and he was the first one to twist Jesus' teachings. Why should we believe the "vision" Paul had, but we cannot believe the "vision" Joseph Smith had? I'm not a Mormon, but both visions are similar and both put a twist of their own on what Jesus and his true apostles preached.
