Stop having sex with him, that will surely get him off the couch and out of the kitchen.

find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have lean meat (protein) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weight training
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)
it doesnt really matter what time of the day you eat as long as you dont consume more than spent durning the day

Okay, realisticly, you two just moved in together and you obviously care about him or you wouldn't be concerned, so don't listen to the "move out" thing! lol
Try to explain to him that you want him with you, it's quality time that will benefit both of you. Suggest some things that might be fun for him. Like maybe start of with fast paced walking in the store. Or making a deal if he jogs with you, you'll do something he'll enjoy. (wink wink) If that doesn't work, and it probably won't if you've already asked before, then just go it alone. Don't change what you like to do because he doesn't want to. Eventually, he will start to gain the weight and you'll be looking good and maybe that will motivate him! lol
Sidenote: maybe he's just lacking the energy. Have you tried suggesting a diet pill that boosts metabolism and energy? Me and my bf have tried Hydroxycut and Lipo6 and both work great.

Move out. Tell him if he wants a lasting relationship with you, he needs to be more concerned about being around long enough. A relationship needs longevity, and if he doesn't care enough about himself and you to put some effort into being healthy, he's not worth it.

are you telling me you guys are living together and you dont know how to get your own way yet? avoid the runs. make it carefree summer strolls to start where you talk together and have a great time. progress to walking the dog riding bikes rollerblading. keep it fun!!!keep it light. its something he has to enjoy and to be motivated to do.

be honest..tell him he is fat and lazy, and you dont like it....keep telling him.
if that dont work.....cut em off...that should work....unless he's to lazy to take care of business.
if thats the case,go to the park or gym and find someone who is active.
