No. There is almost no parking in that area at all. This is primarily for security purposes. There are several lots around canal street and even one by 1 police plaza. They run around 12 bucks an hour or 40 for the day. They are almost always full too. I try to park in Midtown or Downtown Brooklyn and take the 15 minute train ride.

free parking is extremely rare nevermind in wall street area. ur best bet to park in brooklyn and take t he train back in 2 stops to wall street. after 9/11 there is a high security alert, cops on every corner and all parking usually ranges at 12hr or 40-60 a day. free parking...doesnt exsist !

No more after the Sept. 11 attacks on America.
If you leave your car unattended for a few minutes you will get a ticket.
Be prepared to pay for parking in NYC

No. There is no such thing as free parking in that area. Try parking uptown or Brooklyn and take a train to Wall St.
