If I get hit by a bus. I have got one leg shorter than the other so have to walk with one foot on the kerb and one in the gutter. With a disadvantage can I claim damages?

No, you couldn't claim damages. In fact you'd probably be charged with damaging the bus.
There is a thing called 'contributory negligence'. This means that if you know that your disability creates an avoidable risk then it's your duty to avoid it. Wear a platform shoe.

Having read your other questions in this section, including the black pudding one, I suspect that you're either a "clever" man who's trying to take the piss out of this Forum or you are an incredibly stupid man who shouldn't be allowed out alone.

Yes you can as all drivers have to take every person on the street as they come plus they should be looking where there going and see this anyway
You should go and see a lawyer they usually give you a free 1 hour talk with them so you can see if you can go any further
