You need to increase the difficulty level on treadmill. One point to look out for is if you are not sweating for 10 mins when doing cardio, then you are doing something wrong there.

Also increase your time and session per week. Lets say 30mins on treadmill, 3-4 times a week.

If you can handle this, increase your time to lets say 40mins, or even maybe 4-5 times a week.

You can also mix up your speed of running, sprints and jogging/walking (also know as interval training). They are the best way to lose fats, faster than medium speed cardio.

But at the end of the day, they can give you the same results.

Take the exercise ball and place it in your lower back against the wall and then do squats.
Also, lay on the ball, tummy down like in the push position and do leg lifts alternating.
If you're gym isn't too busy then do 2 minutes on the treadmill, a set of 12 leg exercises, a set of 12 tummy or arms, and then back on the treadmill or bike for 2 minutes. Sometimes if you add circuit workouts to your routine you see results, plus its more fun to move around then to walk for an hour.

find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have lean meat (protein) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weight training
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)

Do the interval trainning or the treadmill and increase your time. Try spinning classes and also use the stepper, my butt always feels like its had a work out after the stepper! Then do your squats and lunges and tense your butt muscles thoughout the day whenever you can!
