Only if you are trying to get out of work and spend a day in the bathroom (or ER!).

Those eggs are way too old. A quick way to check freshness if you don't know when they expired is to put them in a bowl of cold water. If the eggs sink, they are fresh. If they float, toss them in the garbage immediately!

If it smells okay and you cook it well done, no problem. The Navy loads eggs for the entire cruise and often they are over 6 months old. World cruisers load their food stocks, including eggs at the beginning of the trip, because you can not get eggs everywher and those in the US are better and safer.

I said yes before, until I realized they expired in 12/06. NO...don't eat them. They are so cheap! Throw them away and buy some more.

I would say if it didn't smell bad but that is a LONG way after the date. I would not eat it if I was you.

Why would you want to risk it? You might not get sick, but then again, you could end up with a very bad infection (aka salmonella!). Don't risk it, just throw em out.

the notion of expiry dates are relatively new. one hundred years ago people relied on their noses. if it smells good and looks good i would go for it . just leave your will on the table next to you.
