I want to say I always use time to sleep

"I spend most of my time sleeping"
"I always find time to sleep"

I wonder if what you mean is" I always take the time to sleep" or "I make sufficient time for sleeping" in the context of "I work very hard all day and do many things, but I am careful to get enough sleep, or I find time to sleep".

"Time is sleeping for me" would mean that time has stopped as far as you are concerned and this does not mean the same thing as your additional information either.

I'd say one of the following:
"I use my time for sleeping"
"Sleeping consumes my free time"
"I like to sleep alot"

But "time is sleeping to me" doesn't seem to mean what you want it to mean...
