In a SHOT glass? You mean one of those small glasses for measuring booze that nobody actually uses? One of THOSE?

Sure, it's possible. ANYthing's possible. Porblem is, it would be so thick and concentrated it would hardly be liquid enough to drink and would tastes like -well, nevermind.

But, maybe you're ON to something here. Tomatoe paste ain't bad, right outta the can. So I 'spose you could take, say V-8 (head-slap) and reduce it down to the consistency of tomatoe sauce or paste. Maybe the V-8 people will even sell you their stuff that way. Chill that thang and at serving time drop it into a small tumbler of carrot juice (or whatever) so the customer can stir it in while reading the Wall Street Journal and muching on a serving of turnip chips.

Wow, thats a tough one-but super idea! Swiss chard yeilds little juice, as does spinach and parsley. You would need to cut the sharp flavor with apple or pear, both which yeild high juice content. I am not sure how you would reduce it to a shot glass. The only way I can think of, would be to dehydrate some fruits and veggies, then reconstitute it with pear juice or quality water. I will experiment a bit (I juice twice a day) I have some dehydrated beets and peas and homemade sprouts that I can play around with. EMail me if you want more input

You are opening a juice bar and don't have either the knowledge or access to reference materials on the nutritional values of various vegetables and fruits?
