I am very attractive and also 8 years younger than my husband and we might have sex one time a week. This is not enough for me I am in my prime. Is this normal for him to be this way or do you think there is something else going on?

Depending on his stress level at work, etc. he may be preoccupied with other things on his mind. I would certainly NOT jump to the conclusion that he's cheating. Perhaps you could help him set aside some time in the evenings that end up being "your time together", so he can relax and enjoy some conversation with you. I'm sure that would help reduce his stress from work and help put the focus back on you!

Actually the 45% of married couples average sex about 1-3 times per month. You are above the average but you are not being satisfied so you need to talk to him. I am the same way I have a very high sex drive and sometimes he is a little overwhelmed because I want it every day but it is usually more like 2 times a week

No offense, but I find it too funny that the woman at the Y!A link below is complaining about the opposite problem. She will not date anyone, because all men her age are "aroused" and want sex too much (she thinks that anyone who wants sex is immature). What goes around comes around.

To answer your question, men's sex drive diminishes in their mid-thirties. However, if he won't have sex with you, there might also be some relationship problems that you need to work on. Sex is as much mental as it is physical. Work out whatever is wrong, and try to be nice to him and seduce him.

Even human beings in stable sexual relationships nonetheless masturbate because of this. you will be waiting to locate a woman who appreciates your power.

Some people are just less sexual than others. This is probably the case with your husband. Men go through phases of fluctuating desire for sex.

There is no normal. There is what each person does. Negotiate with him, communicate, bribe, cajole, cook something he likes, and if that doesn't work, threaten him with a horrible death!

I am 42 and need it once a day, but sex is harder to recover from than masturbation for a guy so he might be doing that.
