Your boss, no matter how obnoxious he is today, is still a human being whose attitude and behavior are affected by life's troubles and responsibilities. It is lonely at the top, so many top executives say. And, if you make an effort to know what is troubling him and causing to be in this mood day in and day out, you may be surprised that he just probably needs compassion and understanding from others. But even if you do not want to make any move to adjust to the situation, you have to do your best in any work or undertaking. Why? Somebody may be watching you - who may open doors of good opportunity in the future. Else, if the work atmosphere there is convincingly unbearable for you, do yourself a favor to move to another job. After all, life is not all about money and work-related stress wears away your health.

I was in the same situation last year. My boss was an idiot and causing alot of undue stress. The only reason I was there was because it was a high paying job. I finally had to re-evaluate my priorities. I kept my eye open for new positions. I ended up leaving and taking a pay cut and I do not regret it at all. I am a happier person for it!

I dont hate funds persay, yet i hate what it has develop into in todays society. You get judged on how a lot funds you've and earn, no longer what you do consisting of your life. funds is essentail for residing and should be used for what that's meant, paying for and promoting for products, no longer as a standing image. a lot of those wealthy lists and celebs who dont recognize the price of money have made our society a terrible position. How can a football team justify paying a guy who kicks a ball round a park for ninety minutes a week contained in the region of £50K a week, at the same time as yet another guy who's basically as sturdy at his job and places in 40 hours a week receives a fee say £three hundred a week

I work for a great company plenty of places within to go and grow. I have the prototypical bad boss, uninformed, unorganized and barely interested in the job, just been here FOREVER.
My boss had the nerve to get on my case about something that was screwed up five years ago(I've only been here one) that I had to bring her attention. She tried to act like I screwed it up, I wonder where all that passion was over the 5 years it was ignored.

I had a great job paying very good money but the area manager and the GM were *** holes. I couldn't take it anymore so i quit. I miss the money but i feel so much better now that i don't have them trying to make my life hard and acting like there are better then me. No one likes them not even the customers. they yell and through things and talk to the other employee like they their children. That way not a professional environment so i had to go.
