i have him over every once in a while and it's very distracting, i want to take a pair of trimmers to him while he's sleeping, help!

I don't know, but I got a good laugh from you question. It is hard not to stare at something on someone's face that is distracting. Maybe you could do things that don't require face to face, like watching races or games on television. That way, you won't have to look at his unibrow so much.
Or you could always get one of those waxing kits, and remove the offending hairs while he is asleep.

I'm sure there is something about yourself that you are self-conscious about. Think about that the next time you want to stare at the uni-brow. Honestly, there are more important things in the world. You obviously enjoy his company because you continue to invite him over.
