Im seriously considering getting it done, and I was wondering-
Does it get in the way?
Is it irriating-because its in a delicate area?
When you take it out, is there a noticible hole?

I had one once upon a time, during the whole grunge thing here is Seattle. It was very cute, it was a barbell with little diamonds on each end. You have to get the ring first, which does get in the way, but my barbell never did. It is actually not a sensitive area, I think it just looks that way because it is so close to your eye. It hurt less than getting my ears pierced.
Now I never wear one, (I am a mom, have a career) - there is a hole, but I have to point it out to people.

It doesn't get in the way, but when you take it out, you can see it. It's not irritating, just keep it clean, from sweat,or whatever. Keep makeup off it until it heals. It's not like a big gaping hole when it's out, but there may be a scar (2 punctures). Also if you are working, don't do it unless you can leave it in. If you have to take it out for work, and change to a clear one, it will get irritated,taking it out...putting it in... and you really don't want to mess with it until about a week earliest after it's done.

i have mine done, i`ve had it for about 5 years now & luv it!!! it doesn`t actually get in the way, but i have a barbell & not a ring...i know that a lot of people with the rings have problems with them getting caught in hair or whatever...sure, if u intend to take it out, there`s gonna be a hole til your skin heals up, but after that it doesn`t leave a very noticible one, just a slight mark like where u had a pimple or something...but i`ve never had mine out & don`t intend to, so this is 2nd-hand info from friends who had it done...

Don't do it. It does not do anything for you sexually, and there are a lot of people who will judge you unfavorably, which may affect you economically.
