You could always express your concern towards the school counselor. At least maybe they could have a talk with him to let him know that you mean business.
Some guys just can't take no for an answer.
I know this is going to sound like a parent speaking, but you need to tell your parents. And the parents of your friends that you visit a lot. Keep your cell phone charged and ready if you need it.
If this guy starts to follow you, or shows up at your home or that of your friends, you may need to file a police complaint.
Hopefully, he'll lose track of you over the summer and will find a new hobby other than you.
But in the mean time, watch your back.

OK, that's scary. You should get help immediately. In case you didn't know, It is against the law to stalk someone. A person can get arrested. What you should do is tell the police and make a report, then buy a camera and place it in a way so that you can film him harassing you. If you present this in court, he's finished. If the police doesn't help, then go to another college or leave the country and change your name and appearance. It works.

you are just gonna have to keep the ice flowing, I had one of those, he walked me home (7 miles! ) just because it was cloudy so it got dark out early, he was 8 years older then me, and creepy, ex army, and wouldn't leave me alone. He'd meet me at work every day, and because he knew where I went afterward, he'd follow me to the pool hall. He sat there waiting until I was done, then would follow me to the library, while I was there he'd go up the street and get DQ food.
I finally figured out how to get rid of him though.
I never talked to him unless he was actually ordering food at my job (sushi ninja, my fave ever little sushi shop! )
and... I had a secrete weapon. He couldn't STAND one of my Friends, so I had my friend start acting like we were dating, that got him so pissed he disappeared for a few days, when he came back, he had totally changed. No more creepy guy, just someone who was there. He still bought me food, but I don't know what that was about.
G/L, just ride it out, oh! give the stuff he buys you to your friends, guys hate that

Try for a last time, tell him tht you want him to stay 10 m frm u. if he stills continues then either you should together with your friends scare him by taking him by surprise and let your friends warn him( if you do have well built friends then take then with you) or tell one of your parents. it would seem pathetic but parents always intimidate! I hope it will help you out

Tell him off in the harshest terms possible (as someone else said, that he's being an idiot, etc) and if he still won't let up, tell a teacher or an authority figure that this guy is practically stalking you.

You can't do this in all cases.
But this guy bothered me like that but i began to do stuff boys think is not cute for girls. Like this guy was completly obsessed with me so i began to act like i liked him by letting him walk with me and when i see other boys i'll touch them and tell them to call me tonight and make him fell like i don't like him which is true after a year he got over it.

Sometimes its kind to be cruel, You need to bring to his attention that he is following you around like a lap dog, tell him he is making himself look like an idiot and that he is embarrasing you and himself.
It is harsh but sometimes harsh is fair.
Taht oughta do it.
