Cardio!
Without a stairmaster, you can run up a few flights of stairs for a great workout. You may look silly, but you can take things up and down with you as you go and get some housework done as well.
You can also go for a jog.

Core!
You can't build a strong healthy body without a strong healthy core. Crunches, reverse crunches, planks, pushups,... there are a million different core exercises out there, just be careful not to strain your neck or back in the process.

Strength!
You can do lunches, squats, calf raises alone or holding can goods/bottles to add a little weight.
For arm work outs, you can grab the same bottles and use them to assist you in shoulder raises - I like to do a circuit (10 front raises, 10 lateral raises, 10 back flies) 3 times.
Bicep curls can also be done with your canned goods!

Have fun getting creative and feel the burn!

Housework is a lot of different exercises. Try doing it for at least a half an hour a day. This will keep you fit. If you still live with your parents they will be so happy at the same time. Two things done with no harm

Use cans of soup or vegetables for weights while you are working in the kitchen. Stairs are good cardio and will help tone the legs. Do crunches on the floor for your abdomen, push-ups, leg lifts.
