Knowledge is nothing more than an individual perspective.
So, in asking questions, all we are doing is bringing about different perspectives (reflections) of the same light.
Is this for our own perspective?
Is it for the perspective of others?
Who knows...
Sometimes I can't be certain that my perspective is not another's perspective, or visa versa...
All I know is that word come out of my mind, only to go right back into my mind; and then repeat the process.
There is only the Light, and the ways it is perceived.

Free Exchange of Idea = True Knowledge
(equation by Supreme Law of Nature)
I can't elaborate the equation above in this post- But here are some key words :
1- Order from Chaos (Hidden Order by Nature)
2- Strange Attractor (self-constraint)
3- Self-Organization
...
Cheers

A little of both. Most times I ask questions I do believe I know the answers to it. I learn a lot from asking other people what they think. And opens my mind and makes me see I am not perfect and listening to other people helps me become a little bit better person.
I ask to see how many people feel like I do, etc. It's a good way to get a reality check!

All answers are ultimately found within, which is why few questions are asked of 'others'. As implied, all answers given would originate in that same Self within as reflected and refracted through a unique aspect of Self, which is 'other'.
The preference is to answer, since in the answering, there is a looking within.

To gain the knowledge as well to give what I have. Exchange of opinions is exchange of tender and lovely feelings to make the hearts happy and united.

Namaste!
Both, actually. Sometimes I ask a question just to make a point, other times I really want to hear people's opinions, and sometimes I just really don't know the answer and want someone to tell me.

Both, we all have questions and the thing about we all have different revelations of God and this one reason he said not to forsake coming together it is for encouragement of one another in the name of Jesus, and to lift him up also in worship and prayer.
