Actually you can't download Office 2003, so if it was originally installed on your computer, where is the disk that installed it? If you don't have that, you don't have a valid copy of Office. And to buy it you need lots of money. It has already been suggested that you try OpenOffice, a free office suite that has everything Office does and is compatible with office products.

After the system recovery, reinstall your Microsoft Office Products and update your Service Pack and your Compatibility Pack for Office in order to avoid the problem of any stalling of the applications during work.

Install them.

If you don't have a legal copy of M$-Office, try Open Office, free and compatible.
