If the trial date is over, downloading it again won't open it. Each download is tagged to a specific computer so the program knows it's been installed once. You will either have to buy it or get something else. You need to remove that program by uninstalling in in the Add/Remove Programs in the Control Panel. Click on Start, Settings, Control Panel and select Add/Remove. When you find the program, click to remove it, and after removal, close the control panel and restart the computer. Then look for something else.

Actually, there is a way to get around the time limit for some programs.
Some programs create a file in the C: drive.... usually in the WINDOWS folder.
This file is what keeps you from being able to use a trial even if you re-install it.
If you can figure out which file to delete, then you can re-install the trial.
BE CAREFUL! Make SURE you know what you are deleting from the WINDOWS folder, or else you might delete essential files that run your computer.

Depends if it's a number-of-days limited or 'date' limited.
If it's number-of-days, restore the registry / system to a restore point before you installed the software (or reinstall the OS... you may have to reinstall the OS anyway as it may record the expiry elsewhere), reinstall the software and repeat again next time it runs out.
If it's date limited, reinstall your OS, set the date to something near the date it was issued and reinstall the software and never allow your computer to run with the right date.
That or buy the software. It would be less effort.

You probably can't, some programs leave registry entries so even if you uninstall it your computer "remembers" the installation. You can try to uninstall and re-install, it is a hit or miss option, depends on how the program was written. Good luck
