Oh you are referring to "faking it"
Its a good strategy, because honestly if you think something long enough, if you act it, believe it and "BE" it then honestly one day it becomes real.
I don't know but it does, the lies and the fake nature of it blends and becomes a part of you.
Examining how you do things, how you react makes you understand yourself better, find problems and striving to fix them makes you a better person.
My Mum used to go to me when I was upset "oh go and make yourself happy, why are you sad? Stop being sad, this is stupid waste of time"
and she's right, you have to want to be happy, you have to make it happen, and the more you do it, the more it becomes natural.
I was once told that good people weren't born, nor grande souls out to fix the world, no you had to carve your soul and refine it, continuously making adjustments. Then at the end of your life you could look at your soul and see your own creation.
No one is born good or evil, its the choices we make in life and how we choose to live that ultimately determines our destiny.

Your question is among the most precious milestones. I called it milestone because it is just like that, e.g. you are sitting in train for some destination, so until that destination comes, all the sub stations are milestones but not the destiny.
Superior intellect can examine the inferior one, so what superior is not your mind, because you are examing the mind from one another faculty, which can even feel the injections (thoughts) coming into mind.
It help surely, but if you stopped at this station you will never reached to the destination, make it your nature and go forward there are lot of more hidden values.

Yes, it can be very helpful. In fact, it is a good idea to play out your day on a regular basis. I try to recall the times I was faithful to God and also the times I fell short. I would like to think that this routine has been invaluable in my spiritual growth.
Peace and blessings!

We are to watch how we walk and talk so as not to stumble anyone. We are to keep testing to see if we are still in the truth.
We are to make sure of the more important things.

Yes as long as you understand 'There is nothing good nor bad that our thinking makes it so'. And when you have introspected, then use NLP to change those things which are not helpful.
