i need help i'm 131 pounds and i'm a 14 year old boy and i want washboard abs i have access to a treadmill and stationary bikes so please help thanks

Body crunches, leg raises, a lot of cardio and watch what you eat. Lay off the junk foods.

Uhm, dude. You get abs from eating healthily and watching your diet. To quote something I heard once, "a six pack is built in the kitchen, not in the gym."
It takes time, too. Don't go expecting an overnight change because your daily routine.
