I am tired of Christians trying to convert me.
Stop being religious and start being spiritual.
I practice my own beliefs. I believe in a high power. Whether it is a person or not, I dont know. And nobody can say they do.
I study Buddhism and Hinduism and I share alot of their beliefs and ideas.
Yeah I can memorize a book too, if need be, but it wouldn't be genuine. If it doesnt come from my own mind, its not mine to say.
Im tired of Christians who quote the Bible as if they were genuine.
If you believe in something, stand up for it and defend it, but don't do it with words that don't belong to you.
Please think for yourself and find your path, and dont try to dig a tunnel underground from my path to yours in hopes I will fall in a hole, get lost and end up on your path. Bc I wont.
Believe someone who is says they are trying to find the answer, doubt the person who says they have found it.

Kenny, just because we a religious doesn't mean we are YOUR religion so no we don't want to be preached to.
While I agree with pretty much everything you just said, the people you are directing to won't hear you. They have their mind made up as well and it will just fall on deaf ears. They will never stop quoting the bible as if its always the answer to every arguement, never stop thinking they are right and will always give Christians a bad name. Which is really a shame, but hey what can you do?

Well I didn't see a question in there..and you just do your own thing. People can speak of what they believe in and are entitled to answer questions about their belief etc..noone can make you believe anything you do not want to just because you see it written. Christians do not do the converting..they just state what is truth to them..a Higher Power does the convicting and converting. What is an answer to some may not be an answer to you and vice versa..but there is honestly no need to post a critical diatribe as if ALL christians are trying to force you to do something you do not want to do..you do not have to read it..noone forces you to.
Oh and there is no tunnel digging going on..noone is trying to trick you to fall as you are laying claim to...
What do you expect Christians to quote from? If they say things in their own words they will be accused of something..personally I feel this is just another hate on ALL Christians thing....I will be sure to stay away from your path.

In Buddhism,everyone and everything is a teacher,if you think what are taught in the scriptures is the only teacher,than you are not learning but studying Buddhism,even you are studying Buddhism,did you not come across the the teaching of respect others religions and views? Is it good to see thing from more than one angle. Is it better to see What is right instead of Who is right,As long as one is not Enlightened,one is not perfect,the nice people,the Christans,are doing it with good intentions,you are suppose to be grateful to them instead,I'm sure you are not easily following blindly,but to put a question like this shows that you are not a Buddhist,as the saying do.....three persons strolling,they are my teachers[one is you,one is a good person,see the good in him/her and learn his/her good points,one is an evil person,see the evil and do not do what he/she does] {If you are a Buddhist do not let yourself be the first one to start a war,you will regret it,because i have not come across a Buddhist behaving thus in YA}

Let the rest of us know when you invent a new language. Then, maybe, you'll be able to continue your thought of "your own words". All 'words' are inherited.
Oh, yeah, by your logic, the entire education system should be overthrown. Teachers have answers, so we should doubt them incessantly. I like it....

You are a contradiction, and you don't even know it. You say you believe a lot of the Buddhist and Hindu beliefs and ideas. You ask others to think for themselves, but you embrace a system that did not come from your own mind. Please spare us your religio-humanistic secular babble. You are just against Christianity. Be honest. Your words are not your own. You learned them from another source, just like everybody else.
