how can i get a better connection speed with dailup?

Browsing the internet with dial up can be so slow, so what I suggest is a lot of memory, and a good processor. Since I switched to cable connection even a computer that has a small processor can be slow. So now may the time to upgrade, you won't be sorry that you did.

You cant, you are limited by the line speed.
Think of a bicycle, and now you wish to go faster than 88mph or carry a 1 ton flex capacitor.
