invite her to dinner somewhere romantic and quiet. make sure it is public enough that others can see. get down on one knee and propose in front of all of them. public declaration is what they love.

honestly listen to me, i cant get this out enough take her somewhere that means something to both of you's like the place u meet, or the place you first kissed/sexed it up...what every but bring her there and ask her if she remembers this place,then tell her why u brought her there...its perfect...
