I went through the same thing, sorta! My husbands ex-lover/good friend, went to far with that kind of talk that your boyfriend says to his bestfriend. I said if she does not stop talking to you like that, then she is no longer your friend.
If he values your relationship, he should value your emotions, and understand why you feel the way you do.
I used my ex-lover for an example. I asked my husband if he would like it if my ex-lover/great friend, said those things to me. He said he would punch his face off. So maybe if he dosent understand, then ask him how he would feel, and if he remains emotionless, then honey you need to move on. He obviously is not that interested in you. And saying I cant live without you, is very inappropriate...

Well, if you really feel uncomfortable about it, sit down and talk it over with him. Be calm, be nice, and tell him it upsets you a little, but also be open to his side too, and let him know that. It's nice for best friends to be encouraging with one another, and I don't think you should be too worried, just take a gentle approach.

They are best friends. Let it go. If you say anything, you are coming off as being jealous, and you don't want to do that. Many guys have girls that are close friends. It's not a big deal. He's with you isn't he??? Try to relax about it.

sounds a little romantic to me.
i have many close guy friends, but we don't talk like that to each other. we give each other advice on our different relationships. we never talk like that.
i would question him, if i were you.
