The best way to improve your language skills would be to take an English course. If you have already done that, and don't have any native English speakers in your area (to practice with), then try joining a discussion list on the Web.
There are literally thousands of such lists on Yahoo alone. From your Yahoo "Home" page, go to the listing of options, and click on "Groups". From the "Groups" page, pick a topic you are interested in, and find a group you would like to join. There are many, many people doing this! You can find a lot of people to talk to, about many different topics, and doing so can help you improve your language skills.

if u want to improve your pronunciation, try getting a book in english and reading it out loud every day
