Hej, im only 5'2 and i weight 46kg, And my idol is ´Beyonce, I really want to be curvy but yet its very hard, Because all the food i eat goes only to my stomach, I go to gym and train, and i only traing my stomach becouse i want to have a bigger chest and bum, but its not working, what can i do? Isnt it posible to be fatter in all the part of our body and just train teh stomach?

you can eat 90g of protien, 200g of carbs a day and no trans fat because all the fat and hard work to gain the weight gose to your stomach, then you do squat dont worry about your stomach at first once you have gain the weight add 500 more cals and go jogging and sit ups.

I think it's difficult to emulate someone else totally, after all we are genetically of a certain size and shape and can only do so much to change that. If you truely want to be like Beyonce, I'd suggest that you look at what's beautiful about you and use that to become confident and sexy. Women can be of any shape or size and it is the confidence that eminates from within them that turns heads

Don't fatten yourself.
General excercise helps to make a trim body. leg excercises (ice skating/ roller skating) shape the bottom (also making it more prominent)
As regards the chest, give it a few more years. It kind of comes by itself. Just take good care of the rest of the "package"

bigger chest-plastic surgery.
i don`t know ways to increase your behind, but i know and seen that black women put on weight on their hips and butt and white women on their stomach, behind, hips, which is bad.
i think you should enjoy your body the way it is, you`ll live with it a much more longer time than you`ll love for Beyonce.

believe me u don't wanna be fat, whatever u have got is really good if u want more an do something ...... then u will suffer a lot
u can become fat soon an then if u wanna 2 become thin then its 22222222222222222 tuff, however if ur sooo willing 2 curve yourself then ''yoga'' is the best

HEy...maybe you can try doing squats. Running on the treadmill thrice a week will definitely benefit u.
Cut down on chips too!
