In a Christian context:

I'd heard from some Christian minister, that God speaks along the wavelength of peace. I also remember some verses confirming that, just not very good with the chapters offhand.

If this is true, would this be a gauge when dealing with any thought? So by converse deduction, any thought that brings strife, confusion and anger must originate from the devil and / or the flesh?

All agitation to the soul comes from Satan who does all in his power to steal your inner peace, when we are at peace within everything flows like a river, there are many ways in which the evil one disturbs the soul, you might feel unworthy or discouraged and unable to pray for example.
The Holy Spirit brings this peace to the soul and when we are in union with Him we can function and interact with fellow believers on a loving level.
Never let Satan steal your peace, the crafty liar will use other people to do this so it is best to avoid loud and angry people.

Can you express the frequency of that wave pattern in Hz please? Is it like a "brown note" of the mind?
