Forget all the faddy diets. Just eat healthy, cut back on carbs and the ones you do eat make sure they are wholegrains. Eat plenty of fruit and veg and drink plenty of water.
An example of a healthy diet:
Low fat yogurt with fruit and granola (Breakfast)
Apple (snack)
Salad (lunch)
Chicken with brown rice and veggies (dinner)
Thats just an example, but sure you get the idea. It will be harder to stick to these faddy diets so in the long run you will end up gaining the weight back and more. So eat healthy to keep your metabilisim up, and excersize. You will stick to it and be able to have a varied diet with no food you are cutting out.

This may not sound right, but go on a salt diet. That is, snack on salty foods and eat spicy and salty foods. This will tend to curb an appetite for sugary foods.
This is a slow diet (takes along time) but it's also a life-changing diet as well.
Think about it.....why are most asians thin?.....they eat rice, soy, and a lot of salty foods (to balance the bland rice and soy).

it will give u glow an u will always look fresh and u can eat whatever u want :) toooooo goood
