how do u expect to install an OS to my virtual PC?

knowing the fact that my PC is just a workstation from my domain, i dont have a CDROM and Floppy Disk in order to create a boot disk,

are there any possiblities for MY Virtual PC to have an OS from network drives??

You need an ISO image of the OS from the server to install your virtual machine.
