sure, i've got been given it undesirable! And sure interior of sight honey can help, as you will start to construct up an immunity to the pollen in it. it fairly is an prolonged technique, nevertheless. pass to the docs and ask for pills, nasal spray and eye drops. The pills prescribed would be chosen by applying your well being care provider, and the attention drops will purely be standard hypersensitive reaction drops. Nasal spray is many times beconase. It facilitates me to do away with hayvever like 70% of the time, and its many times basically easy as quickly as I do get it. i've got additionally heard that rubbing a small quantity of vaseline below your nostril facilitates assemble pollen, quite than it going up your nostrils and inflicting you to sneeze. you need to purpose that.

you really need to take an anti-histamine (benadryl, or claritin are best) and make sure to drink a lot of water to keep your secretions loose and draining. If you are experiencing pain you can take an over the counter pain reliever such as Advil (provided you do not have any other ailments such as ulcers, or kidney problems) A warm salt water gargle is usually very good for the sore throat associated with post nasal drip.
I hope this helps.

try a teaspoon of local honey every day. this supposedly builds up a tolerance to local pollen. try a health food store for info on locally made honey. it helped me with my allergies.
also have you ever heard of rinsing your sinuses w/salt water. you do so w/an Aladdin looking bottle (also found in health food stores). ive never tried this but hope it helps.
