Mine is duck. I HATE the taste and the texture plus I imagine the duckies swimming around and feel sorry for them. Also pork, never liked it much but since I was pregnant with my daughter the smell of it has made me throw up and still makes me gag now! Also I dont like fish with loots of bones I pick through it for ages with the fork, just in case I miss one..anyone else out there have dislikes for particular types of meat?

I like to think that I'd try anything (except morris dancing and incest) once, but I might find dog a little 'hard to swallow' after seeing them eating thier own poo in the street...

I'm not big on fish for the reasons you mention, plus I don't like the texture much.
I don't eat veal because I think the process of producing veal is unnecessarily cruel to the animal. I have no problem raising animals to become food or even with wearing fur and leather, but what they do to those calves amounts to torture and there isn't any need for that.
I pretty much stick with the basics: beef, chicken, pork.. gazelle, zebra.. you know, lion food.

Duck - I don't like the texture of the meat.
Lamb - I don't like the taste.
Rabbit - Never tried it, doubt I ever will.
Veal - Tastes good, but I find it's too cruel.
Organ meats - I can't stand the smell or the taste of liver, kidneys and other organ meats.

Rabbit - personal hang up 'cause I think of rabbits only as pets.
Lamb - anything gamey 'cause I don't like the taste.
Quail - to much effort.
I've heard some people hunt & eat squirrel. Can't bear the idea 'cause they are so little & cute.
Shark - don't like to eat things that could have eaten me first. Did try alligator once but won't do it again for same reason.
Deer - I saw "Bambi" when I was 4 years old & still haven't gotten over it.

If liver counts as meat....can't stand it. I was forced to eat it at school once in the olden days when teachers were more stupid than now. Never touched it since.

i dont like pork. ive seen what they do to those poor pigs on the pig farms so i refuse to eat any pork products now. i wont eat veal because its wrong to kill a baby cow and i wont eat lamb for the same reason

Duck, quail, squab - don't like the gamey greasy taste.
Shellfish - because I'm allergic.
Catfish - because they taste like dirt.
I do eat wild goose, antelope, elk, venison (deer), lamb, goat, chicken, turkey, cow, and most scaled fish.

tripe (not the fish), it is the lining of a pig's stomach and is disgusting and looks and tastes exactly how you would picture the inside of a stomach!!!!!! the worst part of it is i had no choice but to eat it one time bcuz my boyfriends best friend invited us to dinner at his mothers house and i didn't have the heart to tell her it was gross, so i ate it, every last bite

im a vegitarien so i dont eat meat, unless its a good pork sword, anyhoo when i did eat meat the only meat i woudlnt touch was man meat, i think it was coz back then i was in the closet coz now i cant get enough of the stuf, but im still a vegitarien in my eyes coz i never swollow :D x
