Your question surprises me. I have lived in many American cities and now live in the Middle East. Every place I have lived, I have been able to buy a "rotisserie" (or roasted) chicken in any large supermarket. None of these are stuffed, although some have had seasoning rubbed into the skin before roasting. Just ask the guys at the meat counter of any large market near to you, they'll help you find one.

Boston Market has great chickens. I don't eat fastfood because the quality of the meat really matters to me, but Boston Market is quality food made fast. Also if you have a Whole Food Market, go there.

In order of preference:
Costco
Whole Foods
Boston Market
Rotisserie chicken is very hit & miss @ grocery stores from my experience. These sources are the tastiest & most consistent.

Safeway Stores, the ones here in Washington have no stuffing, and the chicken isn't dry.
