I love to be tickled....not perv style...just on my feet, back, arms, etc. It totally relaxes me much more than massage. What do you think?

It is my understanding that most massage therapists will not tickle you because that might cross into the gray area of sexuality.
If you want to pay somebody to tickle you, you will probably have to hire an escort or meet somebody online. If there are any local dungeons, you might get tickled there, too.

Well....I'm totally ticklish and the one time I decided to get a foot massage it was pure torture - so... why don't you just get a massage?
