Yes. I think negativity feeds on itself and grows to hatred.I also noticed when I fall into the trap of getting negative, I get a little mean spirited and respond to others in a way uncalled for.

Easier to skip a question if it makes your bile rise. Don't need the high blood pressure and other results of being negative. Life is better when your not negative.
