Only a person who understands the results of sinful rebellion against God could understand the reason for the flood.
Humankind had become so horribly evil that God couldn't bear the sight of it.
God created life so I guess He has the right to reclaim, or existinguish it.
He wiped out two whole cities in the story of Soddom and Ghomorrah. The people there had become about as evil as those just before the flood.
America is slipping toward the same condition. The only reason it still exists is because the American ideal is to promote freedom to worship as one chooses around the world.
Look at the disintegration of the conventional "family" and you can see how Satan is attempting to end that.

If your talking about the flood in Noah's days then if you read the bible you'll find out that God wanted to start over again because the earth became corrupt. It's our duty as parents to raise our kids the way God attended. The commandment "Honor thy father and thy mother"does your children know this? There's laws for them too.

Because God is infinitely more wise and righteous than you, and He is the only one who can make decisions like flooding the earth because of the prevalence of sin.

He did not drown His own. In order to be His, you must love, obey and follow Him. He does not call unbelievers who deny Him, His own. He is Our Father to those that desire to be His children. Your question is another question that is asked out of ignorance of His Word. I'm not saying ignorance as in dumb, but as in Uninformed. Please read His loving Word that you mistakedly think is cruel and get to know Him. You really do not know what/who you are missing!!!! Do not let ignorance stop you from a life of blessings, love and joy forever with your Loving Father (if you accept and follow Him). In Christ

He's speaking of the flood.
You are accountable to God, whether you like it or not. Deal with it or reject it. Either way, it doesn't change reality.

Correct me if I am wrong, but I don't think that Jesus died by drowning.
