do the frenulum of tongue heal after practising khechari?

will the frenulum of tongue become normal after some period? frenulum of tongue will take how much time to heal? what happens if frenulum decrease in size due to over stressing it? will it recover? how much time it will take?

I don't seem to find the benifit of this practice on the internet, I have never been taught this in medicine either. If you have extended the tongue this far back, it may never recover, but I don't see a harm with this either. If you are experiencing any difficulties with this, do consider seeing an ENT surgeon for opinion, good luck
