Do you know how to make the waterproof zipper?

I want to know how to make the waterproof zipper in cheap manufacturing cost.

Don't know about the cost, but a plastic zipper would be waterproof. Depending on the type of plastic use, it could be sufficiently strong, depending on what the application is.
