I love dips too! Here are some of my favorites:

1. Hot Artichoke Crab Dip:

2 cans artichokes, drained and coarsely chopped
1 can crab, drained,or 1 cup fresh crab
1 can diced green chili's
1 cup mayonaise
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp lemon juice
1 tsp hot sauce
2 cups shredded parmesan cheese

Mix the above together and place in a decorative baking dish. Bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes or until mixture is bubbling and slightly golden in color. Serve with blue corn tortilla chips.

2. Hot (or Cold) Shrimp Dip:

1/2 lb fresh salad shimp
1 can tomato soup
1 brick cream cheese
1/2 cup diced onion
1/2 cup diced celery
1 tsp hot sauce

Heat the above until bubbling and pour into a crockpot. Serve warm with ritz crackers or sliced baguette. Or, refrigerate and serve cold with crackers.

Chili Cream Cheese Dip:

1 can chunky chili with beans
2 bricks cream cheese
1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1 can diced olives
1/2 cup diced tomato
3 T chopped flat leaf parsley
1/2 cup sour cream

In baking dish, or pie plate, spread softened cream cheese and top with chili. Top with cheddar and microwave on high until cheese has melted. Top with diced olives, tomato, parsley, and sour cream. Serve with "Scoops" tortilla chips.

how about this one....BLT dip
16 0z container of sour cream
2 cups of mayonnaise (NOT miracle whip!)
salt and pepper to taste
1 pound of bacon cut into small pieces and cooked
cherry tomatoes cut in 1/4's (they have less "juice" so they do not water down the dip),
cook the bacon, drain on paper towels. in a bowl mix the sour cream and mayo together add salt and pepper to taste, fold in bacon and tomatoes...chill it tastes just like a BLT sandwich! you can serve it on toast pieces or crackers.

purchase kabana and particularly smoked chicken breast, slice that up. And a bag of chocotate coated nuts/sultanas, place in a bowl some chips/crisps or wedges in a bowl is solid too.
