I think that's something you should ask a doctor. I don't know how your finger would swell when you touch ice; maybe there's something in your water that you're allergic too. Does the ice come from the tap or an icemaker in your fridge?

It is because of cold air charged with pollens or fine dust in air which causes cold most of the time. Cold air also affects the lungs, nerves, blood circulation in the body etc. which can be cured by soaking the fingers in the hot water

1. You have a circulation problem. The ice thing is not too weird though, I had it too.
2. You are too underweight and don't eat enough calories.
3. Both of the above

Definitely a circulation problem. See a doctor pronto. Generally, all women feel colder than men because all of our body heat is directed to the abdomen, which is a defense for being pregnant. Men are warm everywhere because they distribute their body heat to their extremities. But your problem seems more serious.
