find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have lean meat (protein) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weight training
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)

Usually you can do an oral Enima. I do one every 2-3 months...
I don't eat unhealthy...but it helps out to do so...IMO.
I use 2 bottles of water bottle, 16.oz and sea salt.
Warm the water up..not boil...not too hot...
but 2 tlbs spoons of sea salt and chug the water....
In about 10-30 min you will be getting rid of toxins. Make sure you do it when you'll be at home. =)
Then just exercise and eat right....

Niacin is a dietary supplement that flushes toxins out of your body. You can get it at any local drug store , over the counter. Drink lots of water.

that's a new one on me and i know a lot of facts about weight loss. i did see a box in the nutrition center of Wal-Mart that is a 7 day detox. there are other ways using household methods. believe me once you start eating,drinking your water,exercising daily your body will detox itself. especially the 8-10 glasses of cold water daily.

Not true. Count you calories and exercise daily. Unless you do drugs, there aren't "toxins" in your body.

Um Basically eating cabbage garlic, onions, fruit and vege.

drink loads of water and fruits!!! but dont restrict to only this!!!and have warm water !!! its better for digestion!!!
