Check out the various diet food vendors on line. They all sell the same type of diet products, you just need to find one that will give you a free diet plan and good pricing on the products. Try myhealthmanagement.com, they don't charge a membership fee and will provide free counseling and diet plans. The foods are great and they have a large selection. I lost a ton of weight and have been able to keep it off.

crash dieting only makes body lose water weight and muscle not fat plus it slows down metabolism dramatically
also you will gain back more than lost as soon as start eating normal
find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have lean meat (protein) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weight training
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)

A crash diet is a diet which is extreme in its deprivations - typically severely restricting calorie intake. Meant to achieve rapid weight loss, a crash diet differs from outright starvation only slightly. Crash diets are typically unhealthy and are rarely - if ever - recommended by doctors or dietitians. Crash diets can lead to malnutrition, and are not a recommended means of weight loss.
After a person discontinues a crash diet, the "yo-yo effect" is often seen. This causes a person to eat far more than normal, causing them to regain both the weight that was lost due to the diet as well as additional weight. This is caused by an evolutionary trait of the human race that historically only took effect in times of famine: after a famine ended, people's bodies naturally craved to regain both the weight that was lost, plus additional weight as well, in order to protect themselves in case of another famine.
An example crash diet consists of a daily intake of 4 glasses of skim milk, 4 bananas, and 1 vitamin capsule; a boiled egg may be substituted for a banana. Also, large amounts of caffeine.[1]

Eat a proper diet and get plenty of exercise. Will a "quick fix" diet help you drop weight ? Probably. Will you gain every ounce back if you dont eat right and exercise? Yup

I've lost 5 kilos in my first week. It's my 10th day and I have included salad with some protein (eg. egg/ lean chicken) as you suggested. After 4 years of trying, the fat is finally coming off. It truly feels like magic!
Get started today!

There's the organic cranberry juice mixed with water diet (sip all day), and also organic apple cider vinegar diet (2 tbsp 3 times a day). I prefer the apple cider one works well! good luck.

i was reading on this sight about these cleansing products that are suppose to help u lose weight and build up metabolism and energy. it's called isagenix. there is a website that tells about the cleansing products it has to offer and certain programs to follow. it was tested on the news by some viewers and it really works. i'm really thinking about trying it and u should give it a look too. they will answer all your questions on this site. plus all their products are natural and no stimulants. i'm thinkin of trying the 9 day program where i can lose up to 15 lbs and then follow a 30 day program to help lose more. so check it out and see if it helps. i know i am gonna try.
