it might be unhealthy to try and support all that weight in a bra. that's a lot of stress to put on a girls upper back and shoulders. if it isn't healthy, i would personally be offended if she chose not to wear one, but there's a good chance not wearing one has more to it than just being uncomfortable. (think of constantly having about 20 lbs hanging from your neck and shoulders unnaturally)

Come on!!! J cups? I'm a DD and I have a hard enough time with back pain. She probably can't find a bra her size. The best thing for her is to get a reduction. Insurance will pay for it if it is causing pain or discomfort which it must. She shouldn't' have to live that way.
Found this picture, this is a size J cup:

When I was a 38J, I ALWAYS wore bras. It helped support them somewhat and didn't make my boobs look like they were down to my knees.
I had a breast reduction to a C cup and I STILL wear a bra 99% of the time.
http://www.justmysize.com and JCPenney's website has bras that will fit and support her big ol' boobs. They supported mine nicely, until my reduction.

All women should wear bras, no matter your size. Not wearing one is how you get saggy boobs. I'm a 38G, and I'm enormous, and I hate not wearing a bra. She can easily find bras her size online. I shop at www.figleaves.com because they have really large sizes that they don't sell at stores, and they're very well made.

Maybe you can take a picture of her and pray that she can see that she needs to wear a bra. The thing is this, why does it bother you? are her breasts not in good condition? would all of society think that she needs to wear a bra? the truth is that it is her body, and if she sees fit to not wear one, then it is ultimately up to her. In this day in age where society has made women so self-conscious about our bodies that we are literally hating ourselves, it is almost refreshing that someone out there can still not be affected. I have DD's but must wear a bra, personal preference.

She probably has trouble finding bras that fit. Your mother should take her someplace (or order through a catalog) where she can get bras that fit and are comfortable. If she is this large on top, she really needs to be wearing a bra.

She is going to wreck her back, she needs a supportive bra, and a reduction. Did she buy that size. Also, maybe take a picture of her, she may think she looks different than she does. Lastly, why can't you comment, you are her brother right?

It's simple... No woman wants to look fatter than she really is so tell your sister that when she doesn't wear a bra she looks 30lbs heavier.
